The Bengaluru-style masala dosa is crisp outside and soft inside, often spread with a red chutney and served with potato palya, coconut chutney and sambar. The benne dosa of Davanagere and the set dosa (soft, served in threes) are popular cousins. Try it at Vidyarthi Bhavan or CTR.
